Infrastructure that stays up, pipelines that stay green. DevOps Tech Lead at SnappFood, working on Kubernetes, traffic management, and CI/CD for one of the region's highest-traffic platforms — and recording the whole stack as I go.

Who you're working with
I sit between infrastructure and developers — close enough to the code to fix the build, far enough to see the whole platform.
I'm Ashkan, a platform engineer based in Tehran, Iran. Most of my work happens in the space between “it works on my machine” and “it works for every customer, at 3am, on a holiday”.
That means infrastructure as code instead of tribal knowledge, pipelines that fail fast and loud, and dashboards that answer the question before someone has to ask it. I care about predictable deploys: the kind nobody has to babysit.
Lately I've been recording video series on Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD and the modern infrastructure stack — partly to document my own decisions, partly because most infra content out there stops right before the hard part.

Where I've been
Nine-ish years of keeping systems up, pipelines green, and releases boring.

Tutorials I'm recording
Long-form series where I build things on camera and explain the decisions, not just the commands. All of them are in the works — episodes land on the academy as they're finished.
